Hello and welcome!
Once again, I've got a #ChristmasNotChristmas card here on my blog today. As we're heading in towards Christmas I'm getting more and more excited :) I hope you are too! I haven't done too much in terms of decorating but I've already sent some packages to family with goodies inside and hope to be sending my Christmas cards out soon. I love working on these types of cards and I hope you all find inspiration here too.
Today I did a minimalist card. I like the clean look of it.
I used the Owl Builder Punch for the head and eyes, and used the Tree Builder Punch for the antlers. The antlers are copper foil paper (it looks so great!) and I used some retired Real Red Enamel dots for the red nose. The black nose is just black paper cut out with the Owl Builder punch.
I stamped the inside of the card as well, just didn't take a picture. I used a retired stamp.
Thanks for joining me and I hope you feel inspired!

Check out that (clearance) rack!
Hello and welcome!
Today I wanted to give you a peek into my Project Life album which I'm almost done with. I used the "This is the Life" Card Collection and Accessory Pack. You can find it in the clearance rack here.
I've been working on a backlog of photos (there are always so many). These are from 2010 - so long ago! My nephews pictured here are now almost 7! Time flies.
My favourite thing about this page is the pocket next to the Hello pocket. I used one of the 2"x2" squares as an embellishment. Something I couldn't capture on camera (woe be to my photography skills) is that next to the two pictures on the bottom of the left page there are stars, stamped with a retired Project Life stamp set. So here it looks like the pictures have a white border but they actually have a pattern stamped there. That's not the only self-made background though. I stamped "sweet moments" over and over in Cucumber Crush and Rich Razzleberry, two of my favourite colours.
As you can see, this is a very colourful and fun Card Pack to work with. However, if you prefer less diversity in colours on your page, you can also easily select the cards to go for a more monochromatic look.
Here I used only Bermuda Bay and Cucumber Crush. I made the two left most cards with my stencils in Basic Grey and Cucumber Crush. I added some embellishments in Crushed Curry to add a bit of flair. It's barely visible here but I used the Project Life Paper Clips Thinlits Dies on the Title Card. I love these little guys, they're so great for adding a pop of colour! Another great thing about the "This is the Life" accessory pack is the super thing washi tape. I used the Bermuda Bay washi tape on a black and white picture to add colour and I used the Black and white striped one under "Picture Perfect" to add a bit of pizzaz to the title page. I just love that look!
I really hope this has inspired you and I hope you'll take a look at that Clearance Rack! There's some great tools, design paper and stamp sets in there!

Remember that old stampset?
Hello and welcome!
So, do you remember that one stamp set you bought and used a few times to make a calendar or two and now overlook because you have so many new stamps? Well, I decided to grab an oldie today. I loved making perpetual birthday calendars with this stamp set, but it's also very well suited to making backgrounds! I wanted to make a couple of Christmas cards without using special Christmas (Autumn/Winter Catalogue) sets. I want to do a series on this theme.
To start, I made these ones with Bermuda Bay paper and ink. I used the Perpetual Birthday Stamp set and the No Bones About It stamp set (for the dots on the outside of the pattern). The last stamp set is the Teeny Tiny Sentiments, which is where the "Merry Christmas" sentiment is from. I dotted the first card with silver glimmer paper stars punched out with the Itty Bitty Punches Star and dotted the second one with Dazzling Details (they're hard to see on this photo) to give the cards a bit of dimension. I used the 2" and 1 3/4" circle punches for the Circles in the middle.
I also stamped the insides and the envelopes of course, but didn't take pictures! Never forget to coordinate, right?
Well, I hope you feel inspired! Hope you'll join me next time for my next Christmas but not Christmas Card.
Love, Marz

Bella and Friends Magic Card
Hello and welcome!
I really wanted to do another magic card, it's been awhile since I did one. When I make these, I follow the tutorial by DawnStampinThoughts. So I grabbed my trusty Bella and Friends set and went to work :)
It doesn't quite show how fun it is on the picture, but you slide out the panel and suddenly there's colour!
I did another one with a dinosaur:
I used So Saffron and Pool Party paper and stamped them with Tin of Cards stamp set. Hope you feel inspired! For some more inspiration hop on over to Kylie Bertucci's blog and vote on your favourite Card for this week - http:// www.craftykylie.com/2016/ 11/ crazy-crafters-team-project -highlights_7.html

Bella and Friends
Hi and welcome!
Yesterday I received my Stampin' Up! demonstrator starter kit, so I couldn't resist playing around with my new things for a bit. I love using the note cards and envelopes (AC p. 176) as a base for my cards. They're small and it's easy. It helps me remember to stamp the envelope as well.
I used my promarkers and (retired)blendabilities to colour in these cute little puppies. I love alcohol markers. I used the Teeny Tiny Sentiments because I didn't have very much space. Also used the Tin of Cards for the bottom card. On the top card I used glitter tape and both of the puppies are cut out and stuck on using stampin' dimensionals.
I hope you enjoyed these cards and feel inspired!

Quick explanation
Hi and welcome!
I thought I'd give a quick explanation as to why I've been absent for awhile. I switched countries! My family and I relocated to Australia. It's going to be a wild ride here, I think. I joined a new Stampin' Up! team called The Crazy Crafters, so I'll be doing some bloghops (hopefully) with them soon. I'll start posting pictures for inspiration again and making videos when I can.
For now, I made these cute cards, with the focus on making my own backgrounds. They're quick and easy!
Thanks for joining me and I hope you'll stick around my blog for more fun cards and other crafty things!
